The Oxygen Club Membership Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility

The Oxygen Club is available to individuals who have completed their initial intensive hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) treatment of 5-10 sessions at HybO2.

2. Membership Plans & Pricing

Members may choose from the following packages:

Package 1: £130 / month – includes 2 sessions (value of £65 per session).

Package 2: £250 / month – includes 4 sessions (value of £62.50 per session).

Savings are based on the standard HBOT session rate and may vary based on promotions or price changes.

All additional sessions are chargeable at full price.

Payments are taken monthly via standing order or can be paid in full for the six month period. 

The membership fee is due in advance of each month’s sessions.

4. Commitment Period 

A minimum commitment of six consecutive months is required. 

After the initial period, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled with one month’s notice.

5. Session Booking & Use 

Sessions must be pre-booked and are subject to availability. 

Unused sessions do not roll over into the following month. 

Missed or late-cancelled appointments (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be forfeited without refund. 

6. Pausing or Suspending Membership 

Membership cannot be paused during the six month commitment period. 

In exceptional medical or personal circumstances, pauses may be considered on a case-by-case basis at HybO2’s discretion. 

7. Cancellation 

Early cancellation within the six month commitment is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances. 

After the six month period, cancellations must be submitted in writing with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. 

8. Changes to Terms  

HybO2 reserves the right to amend pricing, packages or terms with 30 days’ notice. 

Continued use of the membership after any change implies acceptance of the new terms. 

9. Refund Policy 

Membership fees are non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance or late cancellation of sessions.

10. General 

Membership is non-transferable. 

Members must adhere to all health and safety guidelines during sessions. 

HybO2 reserves the right to terminate a membership for misuse or breach of terms. 

Time at pressure per session is 60 minutes.
