Your hyperbaric oxygen session
What to expect during your time at HybO2 House
Step 1
If it's your first time with us here at the clinic, you'll have your consultation period with a member of our team and then you'll be guided through the process of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Step 2
We'll fit you with your mask and get you comfortable in the chamber. The chamber will then be slowly pressurised. You might spend up to 110 minutes inside a chamber, depending on the protocol/schedule selected, with approximately five minutes to compress and five minutes to decompress - most of this time is spent at the maximum therapy pressure.
Step 3
Once depressurisation is complete, the door will open and you will be able to leave the chamber. After a small period of recommended rest and rehydration, you can exit the clinic and go about your normal daily activities having completed your first HybO2 experience.
